Extension, VPN or web proxy: which one do you need?
Stealthy comes three ways. They cover different things, so the right one depends on what you want to do.

Use the extension when...
- you watch in your browser (BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, Channel 5 with PRO’s United Kingdom location);
- you want to switch country in one click;
It works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Arc, Opera and Firefox; Safari isn’t supported. In Firefox, you sign in to PRO in Stealthy’s Settings.
Use the VPN when...
- you want apps covered, like the iPlayer or ITVX apps on your phone;
- you want every app on a phone or computer to go through Stealthy;
- you want a TV covered: set it up on a router (Help).
Use the web proxy when...
- you can’t install anything;
- you want to read a site quickly.
In its own words:
The network you’re on, like a school, office or public Wi-Fi, sees webproxy.stealthy.co. It doesn’t see the sites you open.

Many sites don’t let you sign in through a web proxy, and video doesn’t play.

Free or PRO
All three have a free option. PRO lets you pick the country (United States, United Kingdom, Germany or Japan), uses servers only members use, with no data caps, and blocks ads and trackers. It’s $4.99 a month billed yearly, or $9.99 month to month, with a 3-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. See PRO
Can I use two at once?
Better not. Another proxy extension takes over the browser’s proxy setting, so only one works at a time. The extension and the VPN together can show the wrong location. Pick one.
